Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Inteldo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Description of Service

Inteldo is a multi-agent AI system that researches business questions using your connected data sources. Multiple specialized agents analyze in parallel and deliver synthesized findings.

The Service is provided "as is". Features, pricing, and availability may change as we continue to improve the platform.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• •All activity that occurs under your account
• •Ensuring you have authority to connect third-party integrations
• •Complying with the terms of service of any connected integrations

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• •Use the Service to compete directly with Inteldo
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party services. Each integration has its own terms of service and privacy policy. By connecting an integration, you authorize us to access data from that service as permitted by your granted permissions. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from third-party services.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Inteldo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and any content you provide to the Service.

Reports generated by the Service are derived from your data and are yours to use. However, the underlying technology, agent logic, and platform remain our property.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inteldo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
