Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. If you sign in via Google, we receive basic profile information from Google OAuth.

Integration Tokens: When you connect third-party services (Stripe, Google Analytics, etc.), we store OAuth tokens or API keys to query those services on your behalf.

Query Data: When you ask a question, our agents query your connected services in real-time. The responses are analyzed to generate insights, then discarded. We do not persistently store raw data from your integrations.

Research Reports: The analysis reports generated from your questions are stored so you can access them later.

How We Use Your Information

Data Retention

Raw data from your connected services is processed in-memory and discarded immediately after analysis. Research reports and conversation history are retained for as long as you maintain an account. You can delete individual research items or your entire account at any time.

Third-Party Services

Inteldo integrates with various third-party services to provide analytics. When you connect an integration, you authorize us to access data from that service according to the permissions you grant. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any services you connect.

We use Anthropic's Claude AI models for analysis. As of our current agreement, Anthropic does not train on data sent through their API.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. For more details, see our Security page.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EU/EEA users have the right to:
